'I see a reference to a Simpons episode where Bart rings someone in Australia and rushes back and forth from the phone to the toilet to see which way it flushes. He is attempting to see if it goes clockwise or anti-clockwise. He bankrupted the American water market and they sent someone around to deliver the punishment. He convinced them that he should only get a kick up the bum. It made the Australia outback a relevant historical reference in American sitcom culture.
